Last night Cara finished her long climb up the steep hill of life. She wasn’t just one of the many voices of our Mass, she was our courage. She showed us how to bravely face our challenges with grace and grit. Tonight we will ride with her in our hart’s with thoughts of her family on our minds. We will greatly miss you Cara.
Due to Public Square being closed, we will once again meet at Mall A (Veterans’ Memorial Plaza) by the Fountain of Eternal Life (just east of the Key Tower between Rockwell and St. Clair Avenues) at 6:30 PM and ride off at 7:00 PM.
This month after we spin around our beautiful city we will visit friends and fellow Bike Nerds at the Ohio City Bicycle Co-Op. The Co-Op has invited their new neighbors Brick and Barrel Brewery to join party (I guess we know who is making the beer run).

There Will be no permits pulled for this ride so riders are encouraged to obey all traffic laws.
“MOCA opens its bike racks and doors to the cycling community in this lively celebration of bike culture. On Toby’s Plaza, visitors can experience the sounds of local group Pleasure Leftists and participate in a bike-made printmaking activity. Inside, MOCA will present Cleveland-made biking and bike related videos. Two MOCA memberships, a custom Forest City Portage bag, and bike swag will be raffled throughout the evening.
Want to get a ride in before the party? Meet up with Cleveland Critical Mass at Public Square at 6:30 pm. Join hundreds of fellow cyclists in a non-centralized, public ride to emphasize bicycle awareness. The ride will end at MOCA around 8:30 pm. Indoor and outdoor bike parking will be made available, as well as water stations, cash bars, and a blender bike.”
As usual, we will meet up at Public Square at 6:30 PM and leave at 7:00 PM. For those of you driving to the destination and mini-massing into Public Square, here is MOCA’s address:
11400 Euclid Ave.
Cleveland, OH 44106
Happy Friday! Let’s ride some bikes!
This month we are ending at the Ohio City Bicycle Co-Op (1840 Columbus Rd. Cleveland 44113).

Meet at Public Square at 6:30 pm. Depart at 7:00 pm.
This month The Mass takes a departure from what has become the norm for our rides. We will meet as usual and ride together but… We have no predetermined end point! The front leads and decides where to go this month. One request is that if one decides to take a leadership role please be responsible and thoughtful of the others in the group…For premassing it is suggested that everyone meet up behind the West Side market as it is pretty close to downtown. Let’s saddle up and go somewhere fun and spontaneous!!! Meet at 6:30 on Public Square and leave at 7:00. Get on your bikes and ride…Happy Friday!!!
It’s time to bike with friends again!!! This month we are ending at Mahall’s (13200 Madison Ave., Lakewood, OH 44107)! Great food, lots of beer & fantastic bowling! We ride regardless of ice, snow, cold & rain (but let’s hope Mother Nature cooperates for our last winter outing!). Meet @ Public Square @ 6:30 and leave @ 7:00. Happy Friday!!!

This month the Coit Road Farmer’s Market (15000 Woodworth Ave, 44110) is rolling out the red carpet (AGAIN!) for Cleveland cyclists! Food, drink and fun will be had by all! Meet in the southwest quadrant of Public Square at 6:30 PM. Depart at 7:00 PM. HAPPY FRIDAY!!!
Our friends at the market are working overtime to make this an event to remember. There will be plenty of beer and homemade local food on hand. All cash donations to The Coit Road Farmers Market will be welcome. And good general house keeping would go a long way to make sure they are ready to open at 8:00 am Saturday. Any additional help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
